Win an iPhone! Looking for Chinese people for user test
I'm doing my Master's thesis at the University of Zurich. As one part of it I developed an application for mobile phones, which adapts the user interface to the cultural background of the user.
Now I'm doing the user test of the application with Swiss and Chinese users. To find Swiss people is obviously no problem, but Chinese users are hard to find.
So if you know Chinese people who have time for a 30 minute test of my application in Zurich (City or in Oerlikon), please let me know:
Requirements:
- They must have spent most of their life in China.
- They must understand some basic English, because the interface is in English.
If you know other discussion boards for Chinese (or Asians) where I could post this request, please let me know.
I almost forgot: Everyone who participates in the user test will take part in a drawing of an iPhone! So this should be enough incentive.

First of all I wished you a sucessfully diploma.
Some question:
How long the people must stay in China? If immigrant they don't stay long in China. They only visite China for holidays or go study chinese languages, medical study or have a business trip.
I think in your case is good if you find a chinese study people which stay longer in Switzerland. They also speak very well english.
In this case I hope you will find a good chinese people who can help your test. The iPhone offer is very interesting!

This is true. Immigrants may be not suitable for my user tests. Chinese students are preferred indeed, because they have spent most of their lives in China and speak English very well.
I hope some people in this forum know Chinese students or Chinese people that spent most of their lives in China and speak English.
